Our training programs cover everything from the products to be cooked, along with the equipment to be used, and the handling of the products themselves. Another critical piece to the process is the Oil/Shortening that will be used.
Once these factors have been covered, we will then delve into the remaining factors, being Preparation and the final step, which is Managing the entire process.
Once you have settled on the products you will be deep frying, the next step is the selection of the fryers to be used. This includes the type of fryer, tank size and oil volume. All of which are incredibly critical to a deep-frying operation. Our expertise and training in this area will be of enormous benefit. Handling your product, from delivery thru to preparation, is also a big factor to consider. Choosing the right oil is also important, as not all oils give the same cooking results.
